TRAINING

One of the things that is important about running is that one must be in the shape and stability to  keep running. The training we dish out every week can help these kids to stay in that shape and our hope is that they are ready to run and that they have trained to the fullest before each and every camp. Endurance is everything.

10 T pushups

10 sit ups

GIRLS

1 mile run

10 pushups

10 crunches

FOR EVERYONE

AFTER YOU DO YOUR RUNS AND INTERVALS, DO HIGH KNEES AND BUTT KICKERS AND ALSO SOME STRETCHING TO COOL DOWN AFTER ALL THAT
